So, what is the meaning of the “circle of life”?
To some it means nature’s way of taking and giving . . . the universe being sacred and divine . . . if something dies, it gives new life to others . . . opposites . . . changing season . . .
As a fine art photographer, all these interpretations and more can apply to this fine art creation of the apple tree captured in one changing season, winter: Circle of Life - Early Winter.
The image that shaped this fine art piece, Circle of Early Winter, was taken only a few days into the official start of the winter season. Here, apples remain on the icy snow-covered branches of the apple tree for winter foraging by the wildlife that feed in the area. The wildlife takes from the apple tree eating its fruit and gives nutrients to the grounds from the apples to which the wildlife ate . . . thus, taking and giving.
The changing season, no matter where it is in the circle, is a sacred and divine gift for all to treasure.
So, I ask you, whatever season you may be experiencing, stop, close your eyes, and take a deep breath; and when you are ready to open your eyes, let Circle of Life - Early Winter and what’s around you resonate with your soul.
Take a chance and let the Circle of Life - Early Winter resonate in the world around you.
This photographic artwork is part of my tessellation series. A series, where the original photograph is rotated to create a new scene.
